THE VILLA

Following the refurbishment of the villa an extensive swimming pool and furnished pergola were installed. A large unique infinity pool which tumbles into a smaller pool provides the touch of luxury not often found in this part of the Algarve. Relax at the poolside to the sound of the water cascading down from the pool edge. The swimming pool area has been partially surrounded by a child safe glass wall. There are ample sun beds and shaded areas to relax away your days by the pool, which can be heated for a small charge on request.

Children’s amenities are available on request at no extra cost: children's range of DVDs, inflatable toys for swimming pool, steriliser, high chair, cots, changing mat. The swimming pool area has been partially surrounded by a child safe glass wall.

The villa can accommodate up to 5 people. Set on 2 levels, there are 2 double bedrooms on the upper level (3 stairs) which provides direct access to the heated pool area.

Both bedrooms also have access to the bath/shower room.

The lower level consists of a superb open plan living and kitchen area with breakfast bar.

There is also a guest toilet on this level.

Maid service is arranged on booking for general cleaning, regular linen and towel changes. Pool towels and robes are also provided. A welcome pack will be in place on arrival.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout and heating included however excessive and careless use will be charged for as this is metered.

The property is alarmed.

The villa has full Wi-Fi access and satellite tv package.
